MOVING TO THE NEXT LEVEL IN 2020

In our personal development in life, if you want something different in your life, you got to do something different. You have make up in your mind that you want to do something else, Redundant, repetition, rehearsal, repeat are good if they yield productive, positive and progressive results, but if what you are doing keeps you forever stale, stuck and stagnant, in the same old shape, it is high time to employ a new revised standard version and do something else. If you are repetative, and repetitious in your conduct you are going always get what you always gotten because you always doing what you have done.

 

If you are going to make progress, you have to: 

  • do what you have never done, 

  • start looking where you never looked, 

  • start reaching where you never reached because 

​

 

If you on keep repeating the same thing, you are going always stay in the shape that you need to get out of. This was Jesus’ method who on one Friday with nail rived hands and spike driven feet, a thorn crusted brow, blood matted body that he willing to die for sins and sorry for a world saturated with sin and satanicism; he decided that he would create a possibility that all men might experience life on A WHOLE NEW LEVEL. That’s why you are and I are here this morning because your life that you lived outside of Jesus; contrasted with your life living in Jesus; you decided that you were tired of the level that you had been living on.

 

YOU DECIDED TO GET IN CHRIST THAT YOU MIGHT MOVE TO ANOTHER LEVEL OF LIVING. Let me put this in biblical language, If any be in Christ, he is a new creature, old things are passed away and behold all things are new. 2 Cor. 5:17

I think that I ought to tell that there is power in the name of Jesus: 

  • Healing

  • Doors are Opened 

  • Ways are Made 

  • Demons Tremble at the Name of Jesus 

  • The Enemy has to Leave You Alone 

  • Every Knee Shall Bow And Every Tongue Shall Confess

THERE IS POWER IN THE NAME OF JESUS 

 

Peter and John met a man at one of the gates of the temple in Jerusalem who appealed to them for money and they retorted, we don’t have what you want but we have what you need, in the name of Jesus get up from where you are and move into your future.

In fact this is what Jesus’ messages I am come that you might have life and life more abundantly, conversion means to change from your way to the way that God wants you to be. Some people like it where they are, satisfied in medoricity. They are parallelized like the man at the temple gate. But let me tote my horn this morning, I am looking for somebody who wants to live to another level. Is there anybody here who wants to MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL IN 2020?

 

If you are parallelized in missing church, you ought to MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. 

 

  • In Being late to the church services, 

  • In robbing God in your giving, 

  • In not coming to Gospel Meetings, Seminars 

  • In not coming to Bible School and Bible class 

  • In having an unforgiving spirit 

  • In hating your enemies 

  • In shaking up 

  • In living a carnel life, or a worldly life 

  • In not evangelizing 

 

YOU CAN MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL IN 2020! 

  • You need prayer, goals, and purpose in life. 

  • You need to give the Lord your priorities 

  • You don’t have stay down as you are 

  • You don’t have to live a life as sinner—

Take Jesus in Your Life

The great artist Michelangelo, when he had completed the huge stature of Moses; it looked so real to him and picked up his chisel in hand and struck the stature of Moses, saying, Speak! I want to release the angel in you. But Moses did not speak out of that stone. Let me sound my trumpet, All of us have the potential for beauty and purpose in our lives, but they are locked up within us, and the Lord wants us to move to the next level, a higher level, greater level. Too many of us operate on a minimal level of commitment.

The reason being, We spend too much time trying to figure out how little we can do and yet qualify to wear the name "Christian". We want our Christian faith to be a part of our life instead of being our life. 

God is looking for people who want to go beyond the minimum. He wants those who are ready to rise above the level of mediocrity in their Christian walk. 

​

You and I as believers are God’s idea, God’s child, cosmically created and divinely designed for his is purpose, reborn for his glory. Print that on your resume’. You are a diamond, a rose, and a jewel, purchased by the blood of Jesus Christ. In the eyes of God you are worth dying for. Let that truth define the way you see yourself. 

​

We Christian people are the recipients of an inexhaustible supply of Amazing Grace. God has given us a new name, a new claim, a new character, a new integrity, a new perspective and a new motivation. Therefore, we are called of God to be pipelines of an accelerated and unslacken flow of truth and love as we sojourn through the world. We have received of God what is both a gift and a challenge.

Why continue to live in darkness when you can be walking in the sunshine of His love. Why continue to carry the heavy weight of sin and shame when you can go down in the water of baptism with all of your dirty sins washed away. 

 

When you take Jesus in your life, you get… 

  • WISDOM FOR YOUR DECISIONS 

  • GUIDE FOR YOUR 

  • SHELTER FOR YOUR STORM 

  • BLESSINGS FOR YOUR BURDENS 

 

When you take Jesus in your life, you get… 

  • LIGHT FOR YOUR DARKNESS 

  • FULNESS FOR YOUR EMPTINESS 

  • JOY FOR YOUR SORROW 

  • LOVE FOR YOUR LONELINESS

A beaming crown of confidence hangs high above our heads, God is calling us and challenging us to wear that crown and reach the higher level of commitment. 

​

  • We have been given more in order to GIVE MORE. 

  • We have been blessed more in order that we MAY BLESS MORE 

  • We have been forgiven more in order that we may LOVE MORE. 

  • We have been saved more in order that we may DELIVER MORE. 

Doing MORE in 2020 ought to be our mission and our goal. If it is to be so, there are three things required and it is those three things I want to spotlight this morning.

  3. MOVING TO NEXT LEVEL SOUL-WINNING
